Prime Your Body (PYB) is designed to fit into your busy life and can be easily completed within 90 days. The program includes 10 lessons, each taking less than 25 minutes to complete. Most videos are 8-15 minutes, paired with a digital resource to reinforce key takeaways. You set the pace, but the real progress happens when you take action after each lesson before moving forward.
