How long  is the program?

Prime Your Body (PYB) is designed to fit into your busy life. The program includes 10 lessons, each taking less than 25 minutes to complete. Most videos are 8-15 minutes, paired with a digital resource to reinforce key takeaways. You set the pace, but the real progress happens when you take action after each lesson before moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do not offer a payment plan for the Prime Your Body program and all sales are final. If you are a medical office looking for a program to support your patients, please contact me directly for pricing options.

Do you take health insurance?

While we don’t accept insurance, many HSA/FSA plans cover services from registered dietitians (that's me!) You may need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider. Check with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm eligibility.
